Work experience in Seville, Spain

I think the best thing I've ever done is that I chose to do my work experience in Spain. I really don't have words to describe how amazing it was. And it is not all about the country, it is about people. I've met so many people who taught me a lot of things. And the best thing about it is that we are still friends and we keep the contact.

My month in Seville started in May. I was really excited to start working there. My Spanish wasn't perfect but it was enough. It was enough to understand what people wanted from me and to do my job.

I worked as a nurse and I loved it. I've realized that the work as a nurse in Spain is completely different from Germany. The most important thing in Germany is that we need to do our work perfectly but in Spain it is more about feelings. They treat the patients as friends and they show a lot of love. I think this is the most important thing that I've learned in Spain: to put passion in everything I do.

Seville is really a beautiful city. The weather was very nice, every day was a sunny day. We went to the beach, we went shopping and we saw everything. I just love this city. The people are always nice and look so happy. Every day was wonderful.

I am happy that I chose to do my work experience in Seville and I will always keep this memory.

I am thankful for everything and I say a big “Thank you” to Erasmus+ (the organisation), to the school and the teachers who helped me to go there and have an amazing time.
